Self-paced and equivalent to five days of practical training, with three months to complete the course.
Access to the online CICSS course is provided free of charge. Certification remains a separate, optional paid assessment for those who wish to have their knowledge formally assessed.
CICSS is the first learning offering available through the Academy, with additional learning, certification and professional development opportunities being introduced over time.
CICSS continues to follow the SIS methodology across three phases: Assess and Define, Design and Implement, and Operate and Maintain. The course remains aligned with IEC 62443 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and is taught by practitioners who assess, design, monitor and respond in industrial environments every day.
Drawing on experience gained across more than 300 projects and over 100 asset owners and operators, the focus remains practical, relevant and immediately applicable.
