Confirmation
1. Once you have submitted the form, a confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address. Contact SIS Training Registrations if you have not received this email confirmation within two (2) business days of registering.
Payment
1. Once we have received your registration and reserved your seat, we will contact you to arrange payment (credit card payment accepted).
Welcome Pack
1. A Welcome Pack will be sent to all registered participants including further details on training material, the training centre location and suggested accommodation options.

Upon SIS’ processing of this Registration Form, a course will be confirmed with you. An invoice will then be issued by SIS to the registrar’s billing contact, Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of invoice. Payment prior to attendance is mandatory. You may substitute delegates by providing reasonable advance notice to SIS. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any training events in which case, a full fee credit will be issued. SIS will not reimburse or credit any travel or accommodation cost associated with the re-scheduling or cancellation of a training event. You may use this credit for future SIS training events, occurring within one year from the date of event cancellation. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may be provided with handouts, presentations, notes, summaries or other similar materials by SIS (Training Materials). SIS retains ownership of all of its intellectual property in respect of the Training Materials. SIS grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Training Materials solely for the purposes of participating in the training events or for self-education purposes directly related to your participation in the training events (Permitted Purposes). Without limiting the above, you agree not to use, reproduce or otherwise exploit the Training Materials for any purposes other than the Permitted Purposes including (without limitation) use, reproduction or other exploitation for commercial purposes.
